Our Legal Terms
At Harmony Hikes, we strive to provide you with the best outdoor experience through our products. To ensure your satisfaction, we have developed a comprehensive return, exchange, and refund policy.
Return Window
You have the flexibility to return any product within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by an unboxing video.
Return Process
Initiate the return process by contacting us at returns@harmonyhikes.com.
Include in your email:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Attach the unboxing video
Upon approval, you will receive an email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and detailed instructions.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from Harmony Hikes.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Ship the item to the following address:

Exchange Process
- For exchanges, please contact us at exchanges@harmonyhikes.com.
- Provide the order number and details of the desired exchange.
- Harmony Hikes will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement item.
Processing Time
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refund Details
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
- Allow up to 14 days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
Additional Notes
- Include the completed RMA form in the return package; returns without an RMA form will not be processed.
- Harmony Hikes is not responsible for lost or missing packages; we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Normal wear and tear resulting from product use is not covered under this policy.
